การอัดเม็ดอาหารปลาลอยน้ำด้วยเครื่องอัดเม็ดอาหารของ Siam Farm Services
เครื่องอัดเม็ดอาหารปลาลอยน้ำ จะสร้างความร้อนด้วยระบบความถี่ผสมกับฟองอากาศ เพื่อทำให้อาหารที่อัดออกมาสุก, ลอยน้ำ และปราศจากเชื้อโรค ส่วนประกอบหลักๆมีอยู่ 3 ประเภทได้แก่
- ประเภทแป้ง ผสมประมาณ 30-35 % ตัวอย่างเช่น มันสําปะหลัง ปลายข้าว ข้าวโพด เปรียบเสมือนกาวห่อหุ้มฟองอากาศในเนื้ออาหารให้ลอยน้ำได้ เหมือนลูกโป่งเล็กๆ
- ประเภทโปรตีน ตัวอย่างเช่น ปลาป่น กากถั่วเหลือง และพืชตระกูลถั่ว
- ประเภทเยื่อใย ตัวอย่างเช่น รำข้าว
ส่วนอาหารเสริม Premix, แร่ธาตุต่างๆ น้ำมันปลา ผสมได้ตามสูตรของแต่ละบุคคล
Floating Pellet Extruder is widely used for producing raw materials into aquatic feeds and livestock feeds. Machine will generate pressure and high temperature which makes the raw materials fully cooked and sterilized. Extruder able to change different plate to make difference pellets diameters and able to control cutting pellets length according to requirement and production scale. There are three main types of components
- Carbohydrate mixer around 30-35 % such as wheat, cassava, broken-milled rice, corn and rice bran. This type of material act like a glue to cover air bubble inside pellets which make pellets floating.
- Protein such as soya bean meal and fish meal.
- Fiber such as rice bran
Additional top-up such as Premix, mineral and fish oil
